Federal civil rights cases against corrupt courts and government agencies can result in significant awards. We are working to accomplish connecting qualified investors with vetted, pre-funded cases that need litigation financing — in exchange for a percentage of the outcome.

Our Process

How Case Investment Works

01

Cases Are Reviewed First

Working to accomplish reviewing every case submitted to our clearinghouse for merit, documentation quality, and constitutional violation strength before it ever reaches an investor.

02

Initial Funding Must Be Secured

Before a case is forwarded to any investor, it must have already raised money through donations or crowdsourcing sufficient to pay for an independent legal opinion from a qualified civil rights attorney. This ensures only serious, viable cases reach you.

03

You Fund. You Share the Award.

Once a case meets our criteria, we work to accomplish matching it with investors who have registered interest in that case type and jurisdiction. Investors provide litigation financing in exchange for a negotiated percentage of any court award or settlement.

Our Commitment to Investors

You will only ever receive cases that have passed our full review process AND have already secured initial funding through donations or crowdsourcing to pay for an independent legal opinion. We do not forward unvetted, unfunded, or speculative cases. Your time and capital are respected. Every case that reaches you has already cleared two significant hurdles before it gets to your desk.

Why Invest in Civil Rights Cases

Federal Jurisdiction

Cases are filed in federal court under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, bypassing compromised local systems and reaching impartial federal judges.

Large Plaintiff Groups

Cases often involve dozens to hundreds of plaintiffs with the same violations — creating substantial aggregate damages and stronger legal standing.

Significant Award Potential

Jurisdictions found liable for systemic civil rights violations face compensatory and punitive damages across all plaintiffs in the case.

Pre-Vetted Cases Only

Every case forwarded to investors has been reviewed for merit and has already raised community funding for an independent legal opinion.
